Workshop REGISTRATION
The $500 Registration fee includes:
3 Day workshop admission
Shuttles to and from airport
Workshop Lodging, evenings of 6/24 and 6/25
Breakfast, lunch and breaks 6/25 and 6/26
ClevelandNEW Dinner and evening events 6/23 and 6/24
To Register for ClevelandNEW 2015:
1. Credit Card specific information will be collected after submitting via the "Checkout" button, you will be asked for card information that will be sent securely to a credit card processor.
2. Please complete the on-line registration form.
Registration payment, in US Dollars (USD) only, is due within 10 days of receipt of your registration. Registration is not valid or complete until payment is received unless other arrangements are made. The registration fee includes program material, exhibit hall access, welcome reception, breakfasts, lunches, refreshment/coffee breaks, and a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than May 27, 2015. No refunds will be made after this date.
